CAN THE STATE CONTINUE TO FURTHER FUND COSMONAUTICS? (NON "MAIN-STREAM" THOUGHTS). A. Ionin
The State can and should invest into space technology development, but only provided it selects and invests into those projects, in which the bulk of invested funds go to development of the 6th wave of innovation (epoch). among them are information and telecommunications, biotechnology, "green" technology, energy conservation, robotics, nanotechnology, and more. It is the adherence to these trends that should be the main criterion for experts and decision-makers in selecting the projects for investment.
