- The cover theme of this issue is personnel training for work with sophisticated and ever-changing space technologies of our days. The problems of the higher, school and further education are discussed in the sense of creating a continuous process of training specialists, who are to handle permanently changing information technology innovations; training and refresher training of not only the space industry specialists proper, but also of those involved in allied industries and technologies.
